Logging Into the App
What is the WellSky Personal Care App used for?
The WellSky Personal Care app is used to:
- View your schedule
- Clock in and out of shifts
- View client care plans
- View shift tasks
- Request additional shifts
- Request time off
- View important company messages
Where can I get the app?
The app can be downloaded from the Google Play store if you have an Android device or from the Apple App Store if you have an apple device. Click the appropriate device type below to download the app.
How do I sign in to the app?
You will receive a Caregiver Portal invite email, like the one below, from the office that will walk you through creating a password.

Tap the link in the email to set up access to the Caregiver Portal. A page will display prompting you to create a password. Input a strong password that contains a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters and tap Update Password. A confirmation page will display.
Input your email address and tap CONTINUE TO LOGIN. Input your password.
The first time you login, you will have the option to watch a short tutorial video.
If your device supports Face or Fingerprint ID, you will have the option to enable those features.
