What is the WellSky Personal Care App Used For?
The WellSky PersonalCare app is used to:

Where Can I Get The App?
The app can be downloaded from the Google Play store if you have an Android device or from the Apple App Store if you have an apple device. Click the appropriate device type below to download the app.
How Do I Sign Into The App? (1)
You will receive a Caregiver Portal invite email, like the one below, from the office that will walk you through creating a password.
How Do I Sign Into The App? (2)
Tap the link in the email to set up access to the Caregiver Portal. A page will display prompting you to create a password. Input a strong password that contains a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters and tap Update Password. A confirmation page will display.

How Do I Sign Into The App? (3)
Input your email address and tap 'CONTINUE TO LOGIN'. Input your password.

How Do I Sign Into The App? (4)
The first time you login, you will have the option to watch a short tutorial video.

How Do I Sign Into The App? (5)
If your device supports Face or Fingerprint ID, you will have the option to enable those features.
