How does our Concierge Nursing work?
- First, we conduct an initial phone consultation by our Care Solutions team to understand your healthcare needs and to be sure a self-directed care program is a good fit.
- An RN Client Success Manager then conducts a comprehensive care consultation to understand your specific needs and preferences, and also connects with your physician to go over the care plan.
- Your dedicated Staffing Specialist and Client Success Manager identify the appropriate type of clinician based on your specific care needs and preferences and then coordinates and manages the care provided by our clinicians.

What’s the difference between TheKey home care and TheKey Concierge Nursing?
TheKey home care provides a range of “non-medical” in-home care services, such as companionship, help with personal care and other ADLs, as well as Memory Care at Home. TheKey home care helps to manage the care relationship and supervises and trains w-2 caregivers. TheKey Concierge Nursing provides medical care at home to support more complex cases or clients who prefer a higher level of care from a licensed nurse.
Who provides your care?
That depends upon the specific needs of the client. We find the perfect match for each client drawing from our carefully vetted roster of experienced care professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
How do you vet the nurses you hire?
Our clinicians are vetted through multiple interviews with our team. We verify that each clinician is currently licensed in the state of Maryland and that no negative action has been taken against them. During the course of care, we continue to monitor patient progress and gather feedback on clinician performance to ensure the best possible match and outcome.
