Submitting Time Off Requests
IMPORTANT - If you are requesting time off on a day that you are already scheduled for, you must contact your manager to request the time off. Tap the menu button in the upper left hand corner and then tap Hours Wanted and Unavailability. To request time off:
Submitting Time Off Requests (1)
From your schedule, tap the shift you would like to clock into.

Submitting Time Off Requests (2)
If a change has been made to the client’s care plan, or if it is your first shift with the client, a notice will display instructing you to read through the care plan and acknowledge you have done so.

Submitting Time Off Requests (3)
To clock in you must be a maximum of 100 feet from the client’s home. If you are not within 100 foot radius, you will see a Why can’t I clock in/out? button instead of a CLOCK IN button.

When you click the Why can’t I clock in/out? button, you will see the following message:

When you click on the Distance to client button, you will see a map. The map will show you the location radius circle you need to be within in order to be able to clock in to your shift.

Submitting Time Off Requests (6)
You cannot clock in to your shift more than 5 minutes before your shift start time.

Submitting Time Off Requests (7)
At the time of your scheduled shift, or up to 5 minutes before, you can clock in to your shift. Tap the CLOCK IN button to start your shift.

Submitting Time Off Requests (8)
Once successfully clocked into your shift, a notice will display to remind you to leave a general comment at the end of your shift.

The prior shift’s general comment will display at the top of the page.

The prior shift’s general comment will display at the top of the page.

The prior shift’s general comment will display at the top of the page.

The prior shift’s general comment will display at the top of the page.
