Testimonials
  • Wonderful Work
“Thank you so much for all your wonderful work with my brother. Your excellent service has given me a great deal of peace of mind knowing that he is at least aware of all the options that are available to him. I can’t ensure he will make good choices, but at least – thanks to your wonderful work—I feel that I have done all that I can to help him have the resources available to make better choices.”

    Mary — Aging Advisors/Oregon
  • Peace of Mind
“Simply put, I sleep better at night knowing that someone local to Naples will accompany my mom to the hospital. The peace of mind provided by MyCareManager is priceless.”

    Alan S. — MyCareManager/Florida
  • Understand the Issues
“Advocare did what I could not do on my own even after trying for months. Lauren is the BEST. Well worth the money. Do not hesitate to contact them. My mother’s situation is now where it needs to be. They understand the issues with elder care and the system to take care if those needs. I wish I had contacted them not just months but perhaps years ago.”

Our Process
How does our Geriatric Care Management Work?
  1. First, we conduct an initial phone consultation by our local care management team to gain a thorough understanding of your specific needs, concerns, and goals for care.
  2. Our professional care manager then conducts a comprehensive in-home assessment to understand your specific needs and preferences.
We have over 100 years of elder care experience.
Our vetted roster of professional care managers allow us to pair our clients with geriatric care managers (GCM) who can assist with their specific needs.

You can be sure that each one of our GCMs meets these minimum requirements:

  • Degreed and licensed
  • Vetted for skills and competency
