Behind every caregiver is a full-time Care Team,
providing oversight and guidance to our
caregivers and support to clients and families.
Our unique team-based approach to care
sets us apart from other home care agencies.
An exceptional care experience requires much more than great caregivers. That’s why every client at TheKey gets a dedicated Care Team—available 24/7 if needed—to handle everything from scheduling care visits to designing and updating your Care Plan. By working collaboratively and drawing on our experience, we’re able to anticipate changes in care needs, prevent avoidable issues, and enhance the overall care experience for our clients and their loved ones.

Professional Caregivers
You’ll love our caregivers as much as we do. All are employees—not contractors—trained to support clients living with specific conditions like Alzheimer’s, memory problems, Parkinson’s, or other age-related conditions. They’re passionate about caring for older adults and ready to help with daily activities, personal care, medication reminders, transportation, and more.
Our in-house brain trust with multiple PhDs and Master’s degrees in Social Work, Physical Therapy, Science, and Public Health develops best-in-class caregiver training programs.
In-House Experts and Trainers
TheKey caregivers and Care Team members are guided by our in-house experts, a multidisciplinary team who develop and update our best-in-class, evidence-informed training on a wide range of care and aging-related topics.

Their specialized knowledge and collective experience are the basis for our caregiving training program, including modules on dementia and mobility, person-centered care, social engagement, and cognitive stimulation. This in-house brain trust, led by our Director of Memory Care, informs and supports our caregivers and our clients—and reflects our leadership in the senior care industry.
Informed by Word-Class Advisors
To keep our in-house experts informed, we have an exceptional Scientific Advisory Board, a world-class, multidisciplinary team of experts in dementia and aging who are committed to research and clinical excellence related to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias as well as successful aging.

Our advisory board shares current evidence in the assessment, treatment, mental health, and overall needs of adults living with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. They also help us understand the common, unmet needs of professional and family caregivers who care for older adults living with dementia or chronic illness—so we can better support them along with our clients.
