You must input a general comment before clocking out of your shift. The general comment is shared with the client and their contact in TheKey family app.

You can add a general comment by tapping the ADD COMMENT button at the bottom of the Shift Details page.
How To Record A General Comment (2)
Input your general comment and tap the slider to share your comment with the next caregiver. Tap the Submit button when done.
