How it works?

  • A Client Inquiry Assessment is completed which includes personal background information, interests, personal concerns and daily routines. This information is used to develop a better understanding of you or your loved one and to match with the most compatible visitor.
  • The Program Director meets for a complimentary introduction to discuss suggestions for visits and scheduling.
  • Your visitor will spend quality one-on-one time with activities tailored to your needs in an engaging, personable, and helpful manner.
  • After each thoughtfully planned visit, the senior visitor will email a brief summary of the visit to family or responsible party.
  • As needs change, we assist with the transition to additional personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living and housekeeping, at TheKey.

    • The caregiver has been fantastic.
      — Martha A., Roanoke, VA
    • We are so grateful for the care [our mother] received during this time and frankly, we could not have provided her with the care she needed on our own. The staff and care providers made it possible for my mother to gracefully age in place at home.
      — Rhonda M., Roanoke, VA
    • I have personally seen how dedicated the staff is in providing care that can be tailored to the clients and family needs. I highly recommend them if you need in home care.
