Andy applies his breadth of experience in digital strategy and product development to his role in leading TheKey’s digital product transformation. For more than 20 years, his relentless focus on the customer experience has resulted in value creation for clients and organizations alike. Prior to joining TheKey in 2021, Andy was Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Experience at Sotheby’s. Before that, he spent two decades as a consultant and partner with Creative Good and FMG LLC as a customer champion, team builder, innovator and change driver for top tier brands, including Amazon, American Express, Apple, Condé Nast, Mastercard, NBC Universal, and The New York Times. Andy earned an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
