The Gift of Quality Time at Home Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Commitment
Participation requires a minimum 60-hour care commitment.
2. Care Start Deadline
Care services must be initiated on or before December 31st to qualify for this offer.
3. Intake Call Requirement
During the intake call, the client must mention the phrase “our gift” to be eligible for the program and its associated discount.
4. Program Duration
The discount program applies for the first 60 days starting from the first day of receiving services.
5. Discount Structure
Discounts are applied based on the client’s weekly utilization of care hours, up to a maximum weekly discount of $5 per hour:
- 0–12 hours: $1 discount
- 13–20 hours: $2 discount
- 21–25 hours: $3 discount
- 26–30 hours: $4 discount
- 30+ hours: $5 discount
6. Eligibility & Application
- Discounts apply only to weeks in which the minimum hours for the corresponding tier are met.
- Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- This offer cannot be combined with Veterans Affairs benefits or Long-Term Care insurance and is not available to clients using VA or LTC funding.
- This offer may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly authorized.
7. Special Pricing
Any special pricing, such as overtime, holiday rates, or other premium rates, will apply as outlined in the Care Agreement. Discounts apply to special pricing as well as standard pricing.
8. Location Restrictions
This discount program is available only in the following markets: Colorado, Spokane, Raleigh, Upstate South Carolina, Bay Area North, East Bay, Vancouver, Calgary, New Jersey (NJ), Connecticut (CT), San Diego, Austin, St. Louis. Certain living facilities are excluded, inquire for details. All other locations are excluded from this discount program.
9. Program Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time. Changes will not affect discounts already earned for completed weeks of service.
