Senior Regional Director of Operations

With over 30 years of experience in the senior care industry, Kimberly Guerci is a proven leader dedicated to elevating the standard of care and empowering teams to deliver excellence every day. For more than eight years at TheKey, she has played a key role in shaping operations, building high-performing teams, and ensuring that every client experience reflects the organization's values of compassion, respect, and trust. Kimberly's leadership is defined by her ability to balance strategy with empathyâ creating a culture where caregivers feel supported and clients receive the highest level of personalized care. With a Bachelor of Science and years of experience in people management and employee engagement, Karen ensures every caregiver feels valued, heard, and equipped to provide the best care possible. Kaylee Erath

RN Client Success Manager

Kaylee Erath is a Client Success Manager and Registered Nurse (RN) at TheKey in Manhattan, New York, where Kaylee brings clinical perspective and care coordination expertise to supporting older adults living at home. Kaylee conducts in-person nursing assessments, evaluates changing care needs, and helps develop personalized care plans designed to support safety, health, and daily well-being.

Kaylee works with families, caregivers, and care teams to ensure services reflect both medical considerations and each client’s personal routines. Known for thoughtful clinical insight and a compassionate approach, Kaylee helps families navigate complex care situations with clarity and confidence.

RN Quality and Services Manager

Christina O'Loughlin is passionate about delivering care that makes a lasting difference in people's lives. As Quality and Services Manager at TheKey, she combines her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with years of hands-on experience to ensure every client receives thoughtful, high-quality support. Christina believes that the best care comes from genuine connectionâ and she works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to create an experience built on trust and compassion. Ashley Pittman

Caregiver Manager

Ashley Pittman serves as a Caregiver Manager at TheKey, where she oversees caregiver scheduling, support, and day-to-day coordination to ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality care at home. She works closely with caregivers and internal teams to match caregivers with clients, manage schedules, and maintain smooth communication across care teams.

Ashley helps ensure caregivers are prepared for their assignments, supports compliance and documentation requirements, and assists with resolving scheduling or service concerns as they arise. Her work helps maintain consistent care delivery while supporting caregivers in the field.

Through her role, Ashley contributes to TheKey’s commitment to providing compassionate, dependable care that allows older adults to live safely and comfortably in the place they call home.

Doris Vazquez
