With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Beth Ann blends analytical precision with a deep understanding of human connection leading teams that deliver exceptional experiences for clients and families alike. She is known for her ability to balance empathy with execution, developing scalable processes that strengthen TheKey's position as a trusted leader in home care.

Melani Breach

General Manager

Melani Breach is the General Manager for TheKey in Franklin, Tennessee, where she leads the delivery of high-quality, client-centered home care services for older adults and their families. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Melani brings a strong clinical foundation and hands-on senior care experience to her leadership role. At TheKey, Melani focuses on ensuring each client receives personalized support that promotes safety, cognitive engagement, and independence at home. She works closely with caregivers and families to develop thoughtful care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care, personal care, companionship, and post-hospital support. Her clinical background allows her to approach home care with both compassion and a strong understanding of health changes that can impact aging adults. Committed to TheKey's mission of changing how the world lives and ages at home, Melani is passionate about helping seniors in the Franklin community remain comfortable, respected, and well-supported in the place they love mostâ their home.

Known for her empathetic leadership style, Cheyenne excels at supporting teams and fostering positive, productive environments where individuals can thrive. She is highly organized, team-focused, and recognized for her ability to motivate and inspire staff.

Currently, Cheyenne is a valued member of TheKey of Franklin, where she combines her leadership expertise with a deep sense of compassion. In her role, she is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of both clients and caregivers. Whether managing staff or supporting client care, Cheyenne approaches each day with purpose, heart, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Melissa Lancaster

Client Success Manager

Melissa Lancaster is a dedicated care professional with a passion for supporting others and helping them thrive. She has been a caregiver since the age of 18, building a strong foundation in compassionate, client-focused care.

Originally from Michigan, Melissa relocated to Nashville in 2020, where she continued to grow her career in the home care industry. She joined TheKey in 2021 as a caregiver and quickly distinguished herself through her commitment, leadership, and advocacy for both clients and caregivers. In 2024, she was promoted to Caregiver Manager, and most recently advanced into the role of Client Success Manager.

Melissa is deeply motivated by caring for people and takes pride in creating meaningful connections, supporting success, and making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
