Mackenzie began as a caregiver and advanced through roles including Caregiver Ambassador, Client Success Manager, and Staffing Manager before stepping into general management. Her progression reflects both her dedication and her deep commitment to the families and caregivers she serves. With experience spanning direct care, scheduling, team support, and client partnership, she understands the importance of continuity, communication, and thoughtful problem-solving in the home. Jin Yi is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Seattle, Washington, where Jin works with families to coordinate supportive in-home care for older adults.
