Prior to her current role, Jessica served as a General Manager, where she successfully led and expanded high-performing operations across the region. Her clinical background in nursing informs her strong commitment to quality care and her focus on advancing innovative, patient-centered care models.

Jessica’s passion for senior care is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Raised in a nursing home environment where her mother served as Director of Nursing for nearly 40 years, she developed an early appreciation for the impact of compassionate leadership. This foundation continues to guide her approach, shaping her dedication to excellence in care and service every day.

Matthew Spahn is a General Manager at TheKey, where he leads the delivery of personalized, high-quality in-home care services for older adults and their families. He is committed to ensuring clients in his community receive reliable, relationship-driven support that allows them to age safely and comfortably at home.

At TheKey, Matthew focuses on building a seamless and responsive care experience—from initial outreach through ongoing care management. Her career, from receptionist to Staffing Manager, showcases her commitment to improving life for older adults and supporting caregivers. Luz is currently studying Sociology and Gerontology at Grossmont College, with plans to transfer to San Diego State University. Outside of work and studies, she enjoys family time with her fiancee and two kids.

Yara Tiznado is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in La Jolla, California, where she supports families as they arrange care for older adults who wish to remain at home.
