For nearly 25 years, Araceli Gutierrez has dedicated her career to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they call home. She believes that exceptional care begins with genuine human connection — and she has made it her life’s work to ensure that the clients and caregivers her teams serve feel seen, valued, and supported.
As Senior Regional Director of Operations, Araceli leads with heart, transparency, and authenticity. She is a strong advocate for caregivers, recognizing them as the eyes, ears, and hearts of the organization — the ones who bring comfort, companionship, and compassion to every home they enter. Her leadership is rooted in creating positive, people-first environments where teams feel empowered to grow and deliver their very best.

As a Regional Manager for a leading senior home care and skilled care provider, she oversees multiple locations, driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and cultivating a culture centered on collaboration and care.
Prior to her current role, Jessica served as a General Manager, where she successfully led and expanded high-performing operations across the region. Her clinical background in nursing informs her strong commitment to quality care and her focus on advancing innovative, patient-centered care models.
Jessica’s passion for senior care is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Raised in a nursing home environment where her mother served as Director of Nursing for nearly 40 years, she developed an early appreciation for the impact of compassionate leadership. This foundation continues to guide her approach, shaping her dedication to excellence in care and service every day.
Matthew Spahn
General Manager
Matthew Spahn is a General Manager at TheKey, where he leads the delivery of personalized, high-quality in-home care services for older adults and their families.
