Joe Torres is the General Manager for TheKey in San Antonio, Texas, bringing more than 11 years of experience dedicated to home care and home health services. He studied at The University of Texas at San Antonio and has built his career around strengthening in-home care operations to better support seniors and their families. Joe's leadership is grounded in the day-to-day realities of delivering care in the home. He oversees caregiver support, compliance, scheduling, payroll, and billing with a clear understanding that operational excellence directly shapes the client experience. By building reliable systems and fostering accountability, he ensures care is consistent, responsive, and aligned with each family's needs. A bilingual leader, Joe values communication, trust, and follow-through. He is committed to helping older adults in the San Antonio community remain safe, respected, and well-supported in the place they call home.
