Jaime Cittadino is an experienced Regional Manager who leads with empathy, vision, and a deep dedication to client care and operational excellence. With a Bachelor of Science and extensive experience across TheKey Care of Florida, Palm Beach & Broward-Dade, TheKey Concierge Nursing, ValueCare, and LiveWell SE Florida, Jaime brings a holistic understanding of home care management across multiple service lines. She is passionate about building strong teams, empowering caregivers, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of personalized, compassionate care. Jaime believes that great leadership comes from collaboration, trust, and a genuine commitment to improving lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, mentoring others, and contributing to her South Florida community.

Dion Curtis is an accomplished General Manager who leads with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to service excellence. A Trade School graduate in Electronics, Dion brings extensive leadership experience managing large teams and driving operational success across healthcare and corporate environments. His background includes key roles with HCA Florida University Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, and Memorial Hospital, where he developed expertise in process improvement, auditing, and Lean Six Sigma practices. Recognized as Rockstar of the Year for Spirit Airlines, Dion is known for his ability to inspire teams, strengthen collaboration, and create a culture focused on compassion and results. He believes that great leadership starts with empathy, trust, and continuous learning. Outside of work, Dion enjoys attending industry conferences, mentoring others, and finding new ways to make a positive impact in his South Florida community.
