Kayla Bronson is the General Manager for TheKey in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson region of South Carolina, where she leads the delivery of personalized, high-quality home care services for older adults and their families. With a background spanning home health, hospice, DME, assisted living, and memory care, Kayla brings a well-rounded understanding of the senior care continuum to her role.
At TheKey, Kayla focuses on ensuring seamless intake, thoughtful care coordination, and strong communication with families and referral partners. She is passionate about supporting aging adults who wish to remain at home by providing individualized care plans that prioritize safety, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. She also works closely with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, fiduciaries, and healthcare systems to help families navigate care transitions with confidence.

For nearly 25 years, Araceli Gutierrez has dedicated her career to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they call home. She believes that exceptional care begins with genuine human connection — and she has made it her life’s work to ensure that the clients and caregivers her teams serve feel seen, valued, and supported.
As Senior Regional Director of Operations, Araceli leads with heart, transparency, and authenticity. She is a strong advocate for caregivers, recognizing them as the eyes, ears, and hearts of the organization — the ones who bring comfort, companionship, and compassion to every home they enter. Her leadership is rooted in creating positive, people-first environments where teams feel empowered to grow and deliver their very best.
Throughout her career, Araceli has overseen all facets of home care operations. She has designed and launched initiatives that strengthen care delivery and build operational excellence — always with the goal of improving outcomes for clients and supporting the professionals who make aging in place possible.

Angelica's career reflects a strong foundation in care management, medical social work, and critical intervention services. Before stepping into general management, she served as a Life Care Manager, providing holistic assessments, individualized care planning, and coordinated support across healthcare settings. Her expertise in navigating complex transitions and advocating for clients informs her leadership today. Angelica leads with clinical insight, compassion, and operational discipline. She is dedicated to empowering older adults to age safely at home while ensuring families receive thoughtful guidance, seamless coordination, and dignified, person-centered care.

Jacquelyn Del Rio is a Client Success Manager with TheKey, bringing eight years of experience and dedication to supporting clients and their families. She began her journey with the company as a caregiver, where she developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs of clients and the meaningful impact quality care can have on their lives.
Throughout her career with TheKey, Jacquelyn has worked in several roles including staffing and recruitment, giving her a well-rounded perspective on building strong care teams and creating positive client experiences.
Today, Jacquelyn specializes in conducting client assessments and guiding families through the care process. She works closely with clients and caregivers to ensure each care plan is thoughtfully tailored and that every family feels supported and confident in the services they receive. Her experience, compassion, and commitment to excellent service help create a seamless and supportive experience for every client she works with.
Quintina Nordman
Senior Home Care Liaison
Quintina Nordman serves as Senior Home Care Liaison for TheKey, where she leads community outreach and referral partnerships that connect families with trusted, high-quality care at home. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, Quintina brings deep expertise in relationship development and care coordination across medical staffing, diagnostic imaging, hospital software sales, ACO management, hospice, and home care.
In her role, Quintina partners with clinicians, social workers, attorneys, and financial professionals to help families access personalized care that allows older adults to remain safe and comfortable at home. She works closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and referral partners.
Quintina is known for her relationship-driven approach and belief that patients, families, and care teams thrive when they work with people they trust—a principle that has guided her throughout her career.
