Kayla Bronson is the General Manager for TheKey in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson region of South Carolina, where she leads the delivery of personalized, high-quality home care services for older adults and their families. With a background spanning home health, hospice, DME, assisted living, and memory care, Kayla brings a well-rounded understanding of the senior care continuum to her role.

At TheKey, Kayla focuses on ensuring seamless intake, thoughtful care coordination, and strong communication with families and referral partners. She is passionate about supporting aging adults who wish to remain at home by providing individualized care plans that prioritize safety, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. She also works closely with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, fiduciaries, and healthcare systems to help families navigate care transitions with confidence.

Lauren has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and caregiving leadership, specializing in long-term care management, senior living operations, and client-centered support. She believes in treating every client with compassion, dignity, and respect, and leads her teams with a thoughtful, people-first approach to care. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and is licensed as both a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCFA). She brings a calm, dependable, and solutions-oriented presence to every client and family relationship. In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends.

Mae Moses is a dedicated Regional Caregiver Manager who leads with empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to caregiver excellence. Since joining the home care field in 2017, Mae has played a key role in supporting caregivers and caregiver managers across the regionâ ensuring they are empowered, well-trained, and equipped to deliver exceptional care to every client. She finds purpose in helping others live safely and comfortably at home, fostering a culture of compassion and connection throughout her teams. Outside of work, Mae enjoys watching football, shopping, and trying new restaurants with family and friends.

Kristy Hawkins is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Clemson, South Carolina, where Kristy works with families to arrange personalized in-home support for older adults. By meeting with clients and their loved ones, Kristy gains insight into daily routines, preferences, and the type of assistance that will best support comfort and independence.
