Breanne Johnston is the General Manager for TheKey in Lake Oswego, Oregon, bringing more than 11 years of experience in senior services and home care leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Oregon State University and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Early in her career, Breanne worked closely with older adults and their families, gaining firsthand insight into the emotional complexity of aging. That foundation informs how she leads today â with steadiness, empathy, and high expectations for excellence. She has intentionally grown into roles that allow her to influence not just individual care plans, but the culture and standards that shape the experience of every client and caregiver. Breanne leads with compassion, professionalism, and quiet confidence.
