Jenn Lane is an experienced home care leader who brings a strong background in care management, compliance, and team development to her role as General Manager at TheKey. With more than two decades of experience in social services and home care operations, she is dedicated to helping older adults age at home safely and with dignity. Before stepping into her leadership role, Jenn served in positions spanning compliance, talent acquisition, staffing, and regional team management. Her foundation in regulatory standards and quality oversight ensures families receive reliable, high-quality care. Jenn leads with empathy and collaboration, partnering with families, caregivers, and senior living communities to deliver personalized, responsive support throughout every stage of the care journey.

Nicole Lincoln is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Needham, Massachusetts, where she assists families in arranging personalized in-home support for older adults. By learning about each client’s routines, preferences, and goals for daily living, Nicole helps guide care planning that reflects individual needs.
