Mary O'Hagan is an accomplished healthcare leader with a strong background in nursing and home health management. As General Manager for TheKey's Dallasâ Fort Worth region, she is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the highest quality of compassionate, personalized care. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and years of clinical and operational experience, Mary combines deep medical insight with a heart for service. A Registered Nurse recognized for excellence, Mary received D Magazine's Nursing Excellence Award in Home Health (2013) and has worked in respected health systems including Children's Health and Medical City Dallas. She is also an active member of TAHC (Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice). Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering within her community.

Tyan Austin is a dedicated Caregiver Manager who brings compassion, structure, and reliability to every aspect of her work. With an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, she takes a thoughtful and organized approach to supporting caregivers and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. Tyan values open communication and teamwork, helping to create a supportive environment where both clients and caregivers can thrive. Outside of work, Tyan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring new experiences around the Dallasâ Fort Worth area.

Roxanne Escorpiso is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Plano, Texas, where she supports families in coordinating personalized in-home care for older adults. Roxanne takes time to learn about each client’s daily habits, preferences, and support needs to help guide care planning that reflects their lifestyle.

In this role, she collaborates with caregivers and care teams to keep services organized and responsive as needs evolve. Roxanne is recognized for her attentive communication, reliability, and commitment to creating positive experiences for the families she serves.

Her work helps ensure clients receive thoughtful, consistent support that allows them to remain comfortable and confident in their own homes.

Chloe Harris is a dedicated Caregiver Manager who brings compassion, consistency, and a deep understanding of client and caregiver needs to her work at TheKey. With over seven years of experience at TheKey, Chloe is known for her commitment to supporting caregivers and ensuring families receive exceptional, personalized care. She takes pride in building strong relationships and fostering trust through clear communication and empathy. Fluent in American Sign Language, Chloe values inclusivity and connection in every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, discovering new restaurants, and exploring local events around the Dallasâ Fort Worth area.

Roxann Lott is a dedicated Home Care Liaison who brings empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills to her role at TheKey. With an Associate's Degree and a deep understanding of client needs, Roxann takes pride in helping families navigate care options and connect with trusted support that enhances quality of life. She believes that the best care begins with compassion and understandingâ building relationships based on trust and respect. Outside of work, Roxann enjoys spending time with family, exploring the Dallasâ Fort Worth community, and volunteering to support local seniors.

Laura Musick is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Fort Worth, Texas, where Laura helps families arrange dependable in-home care for older adults. By connecting with clients and their loved ones, Laura develops an understanding of daily routines, personal preferences, and the level of assistance needed to support comfort at home.

Laura collaborates with caregivers and care teams to help ensure services remain well aligned with each client’s changing needs. Known for a responsive and thoughtful approach, Laura focuses on building trusted relationships while supporting positive care experiences.

Maria has 10+ years of caregiving experience, specializing in dementia support, mobility assistance, and emotional companionship. She believes in treating every client with dignity, and respect, and takes a thoughtful and perzonalized approach to care. Maria is certified in CPR, physical therapy, and medication management. She brings a calm, dependable, detail-oriented presence to every client relationship. In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, going to church, and helping others.

Ginger has 30+ years of caregiving experience, specializing in post-operative care, hospice care, and Alzheimer's support. Ginger is certified in range of motion, first aid, and mobility assistance. She believes in treating every client with respect and patience, and her client-focused care philosophy reflects this.In her free time, Ginger enjoys going on mission trips and volunteering at church whenever possible.
