As Senior Regional Director of Operations, Araceli leads with heart, transparency, and authenticity. She is a strong advocate for caregivers, recognizing them as the eyes, ears, and hearts of the organization — the ones who bring comfort, companionship, and compassion to every home they enter. Her leadership is rooted in creating positive, people-first environments where teams feel empowered to grow and deliver their very best.

She has designed and launched initiatives that strengthen care delivery and build operational excellence — always with the goal of improving outcomes for clients and supporting the professionals who make aging in place possible.

Mary O'Hagan is an accomplished healthcare leader with a strong background in nursing and home health management. As General Manager for TheKey's Dallasâ Fort Worth region, she is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the highest quality of compassionate, personalized care. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and years of clinical and operational experience, Mary combines deep medical insight with a heart for service. A Registered Nurse recognized for excellence, Mary received D Magazine's Nursing Excellence Award in Home Health (2013) and has worked in respected health systems including Children's Health and Medical City Dallas. She is also an active member of TAHC (Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice). Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering within her community.

Tyan Austin is a dedicated Caregiver Manager who brings compassion, structure, and reliability to every aspect of her work. With an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, she takes a thoughtful and organized approach to supporting caregivers and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. Tyan values open communication and teamwork, helping to create a supportive environment where both clients and caregivers can thrive. Outside of work, Tyan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring new experiences around the Dallasâ Fort Worth area.

Chloe Harris is a dedicated Caregiver Manager who brings compassion, consistency, and a deep understanding of client and caregiver needs to her work at TheKey. With over seven years of experience at TheKey, Chloe is known for her commitment to supporting caregivers and ensuring families receive exceptional, personalized care. She takes pride in building strong relationships and fostering trust through clear communication and empathy. Fluent in American Sign Language, Chloe values inclusivity and connection in every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, discovering new restaurants, and exploring local events around the Dallasâ Fort Worth area.

Roxann Lott is a dedicated Home Care Liaison who brings empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills to her role at TheKey. With an Associate's Degree and a deep understanding of client needs, Roxann takes pride in helping families navigate care options and connect with trusted support that enhances quality of life. She believes that the best care begins with compassion and understandingâ building relationships based on trust and respect. Outside of work, Roxann enjoys spending time with family, exploring the Dallasâ Fort Worth community, and volunteering to support local seniors.

Maria has 10+ years of caregiving experience, specializing in dementia support, mobility assistance, and emotional companionship. She believes in treating every client with dignity, and respect, and takes a thoughtful and perzonalized approach to care. Maria is certified in CPR, physical therapy, and medication management. She brings a calm, dependable, detail-oriented presence to every client relationship. In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, going to church, and helping others.

Ginger has 30+ years of caregiving experience, specializing in post-operative care, hospice care, and Alzheimer's support. Ginger is certified in range of motion, first aid, and mobility assistance. She believes in treating every client with respect and patience, and her client-focused care philosophy reflects this.In her free time, Ginger enjoys going on mission trips and volunteering at church whenever possible.
