Shameika carefully matches caregivers to clients based on skills, experience, and client needs, helping ensure safe, reliable care at home. She also collaborates with recruiting and leadership teams to support caregiver engagement, retention, and compliance with company standards.

Sheilon Stark serves as a Staffing Manager for TheKey, where she plays a key role in coordinating caregiver coverage and supporting the day-to-day needs of both clients and care teams. She works closely with caregivers to ensure assignments are well aligned with client preferences, schedules, and care requirements. With a strong focus on communication and responsiveness, Sheilon helps maintain smooth scheduling operations while supporting caregivers through guidance and problem-solving when needs arise.
