Laura Horval, MSW, LSW, is the General Manager for TheKey in the Cincinnati market, bringing more than a decade of experience with the organization and a strong clinical foundation in social work.

She began her career with TheKey as a Care Partner and progressed through roles including Administrative Assistant, Client Care Manager, and Lead Client Care Manager before stepping into her current leadership position. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and is an Aging Life Care Professional, Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and PAC-trained coach and consultant.

Her background in case management and dementia care shapes her thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to home care. As General Manager, Laura focuses on ensuring that older adults receive personalized, high-quality support that promotes safety, independence, and purpose at home.

She works closely with families, caregivers, and community partners to create seamless care experiences particularly for clients navigating complex needs such as cognitive change or post-hospital recovery. Laura is passionate about helping seniors not only age safely, but age well, with dignity and meaning.

Will Reid is the Regional Director at TheKey and a Partner in the Cincinnati market, where he helps lead the delivery of high-quality, client-centered home care across the region.

Since 2013, he has been instrumental in growing and strengthening TheKey's presence in the Ohio Valley, with a focus on helping older adults age safely and confidently in the comfort of their own homes. Under Will's leadership, TheKey team in Cincinnati provides personalized in-home support ranging from companionship and assistance with daily activities to specialized care for clients living with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke recovery needs, and other complex conditions.

He is committed to upholding TheKey's standards of excellence, including caregiver training, thoughtful care matching, and proactive communication with families and community partners. Will is passionate about ensuring that families have a trusted partner as they navigate aging and care decisions.
