Andrea Nobis is the General Manager for TheKey in Austin, Texas, where she leads operations and strategic growth with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and exceptional client experience. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany, with a concentration in management and clinical practice. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Andrea has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, strengthening multi-site performance, and developing high-impact teams. Her background spans hospice liaison work, client solutions leadership, and executive management, equipping her with a deep understanding of care coordination, compliance, and sustainable growth. She is known for turning strategy into measurable results while maintaining a strong commitment to service quality. Andrea leads with clarity, discipline, and purpose. She is dedicated to helping older adults in the Austin community age independently at home, supported by thoughtful care and strong operational leadership.

Genefe Diaz is a Client Success Manager at TheKey and a proud Austin native, born and raised in the area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University.

Genefe brings over five years of experience in the aging services industry, along with a professional background in hospitality and events. Her early career helped shape her strong service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate people’s needs—skills that translate naturally into supporting families navigating care for loved ones.

She is passionate about helping people and takes pride in being a trusted resource for clients and their families during an important chapter of their lives. Genefe works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure care plans reflect each person’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, always focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life at home.
