As Senior Regional Director of Operations, Araceli leads with heart, transparency, and authenticity. She is a strong advocate for caregivers, recognizing them as the eyes, ears, and hearts of the organization — the ones who bring comfort, companionship, and compassion to every home they enter. Her leadership is rooted in creating positive, people-first environments where teams feel empowered to grow and deliver their very best.

Client Success Manager
Genefe Diaz is a Client Success Manager at TheKey and a proud Austin native, born and raised in the area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University.
Genefe brings over five years of experience in the aging services industry, along with a professional background in hospitality and events. Her early career helped shape her strong service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate people’s needs—skills that translate naturally into supporting families navigating care for loved ones.
She is passionate about helping people and takes pride in being a trusted resource for clients and their families during an important chapter of their lives. Genefe works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure care plans reflect each person’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, always focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life at home.
