Susie Egr is the General Manager for TheKey, where she leads the delivery of personalized, high-quality in-home care services for older adults and their families. She is dedicated to ensuring clients in her community receive dependable, relationship-based support that allows them to age safely and confidently at home.

At TheKey, Susie focuses on creating a seamless care experience—from the first conversation through ongoing care management. She works closely with caregivers, families, and referral partners to develop individualized care plans that prioritize safety, independence, and overall well-being. Under her leadership, her team delivers a full range of services including personal care, companionship, dementia support, and post-hospital recovery.

Passionate about supporting aging adults, Susie emphasizes strong communication, caregiver engagement, and trusted partnerships with local healthcare professionals. Her goal is to ensure every client receives compassionate, consistent, and dignified care in the place they call home.

Amy is part owner of TheKey NE and has been since it's inception 14 years ago. She primarily spends her time in NE focused on helping support the team in delivering the care excellence TheKey is known for in the community. She is passionate about advocating for clients who want to remain home by bringing Assisted Living and skilled level of care to them, in the place they love most. Elders are so often told, "you have no choice, you have to move" and that simply isn't the case most of the time. Through our Care Management model, we help our clients live as independently as possible while giving family members peace of mind that they are safe, sound and happy.

Matt Nyberg is a seasoned leader in senior care who brings deep operational expertise, strategic vision, and a genuine passion for helping families. With a strong background in home-care services and years of experience in Nebraska's senior wellness market, Matt is dedicated to elevating service quality, empowering caregivers, and ensuring clients receive personalized support that fosters independence and dignity. Outside of work, Matt enjoys engaging with the local community, staying active, and championing aging-in-place solutions.

Ashley Kock is a dedicated Scheduling Manager who brings organization, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence to her role at TheKey. She takes pride in coordinating seamless schedules that ensure each client receives consistent, high-quality care while supporting caregivers in providing their best work. Known for her reliability and clear communication, Ashley believes that great care begins with teamwork and trust. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and connecting with her community.
