She advanced into senior living leadership roles, including Community Relations Director at Pacifica Senior Living and Senior Director of Sales & Marketing with Ivy Living. There, she achieved record occupancy, earned Sales Director of the Year among 64 communities nationwide, and mentored sales leaders across California.
