Her background includes driving census growth, optimizing workflows, and developing high-performing teams grounded in accountability and service excellence. She is known for her hands-on leadership style, building strong relationships with families, empowering care teams, and ensuring operational systems support both efficiency and dignity in care delivery. Rachel is committed to helping older adults remain safely at home, supported by thoughtful, high-quality care that honors independence and peace of mind for families.

Stephanie Robles is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Houston, Texas, where she supports families in arranging in-home care for older adults who wish to remain in familiar surroundings. Stephanie focuses on understanding each client’s routines, preferences, and care priorities to help guide personalized support plans.

In this role, she works alongside caregivers and care teams to help ensure services remain consistent and adaptable as needs evolve. Stephanie is known for her thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and commitment to helping families feel informed and supported.
