He went on to expand his leadership within home care, strengthening his expertise in client advocacy, operational excellence, and community partnership. His experience across caregiving, admissions, and business leadership gives him a well-rounded perspective on what families need most â consistency, communication, and trusted guidance. Austin Bradshaw is a Caregiver Manager at TheKey, where he supports the coordination of caregivers who provide in-home care for older adults. He works with caregivers and office teams to ensure schedules, client needs, and care assignments are organized and responsive.
