With a Bachelor of Science and extensive experience across TheKey Care of Florida, Palm Beach & Broward-Dade, TheKey Concierge Nursing, ValueCare, and LiveWell SE Florida, Jaime brings a holistic understanding of home care management across multiple service lines. She is passionate about building strong teams, empowering caregivers, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of personalized, compassionate care. Jaime believes that great leadership comes from collaboration, trust, and a genuine commitment to improving lives. Dion Curtis is an accomplished General Manager who leads with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to service excellence. A Trade School graduate in Electronics, Dion brings extensive leadership experience managing large teams and driving operational success across healthcare and corporate environments. His background includes key roles with HCA Florida University Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, and Memorial Hospital, where he developed expertise in process improvement, auditing, and Lean Six Sigma practices. Recognized as Rockstar of the Year for Spirit Airlines, Dion is known for his ability to inspire teams, strengthen collaboration, and create a culture focused on compassion and results. Tatiana Garcia is a results-driven Area Sales Manager who combines strategic insight with genuine care in building connections between families and trusted in-home care. She leads with energy and purpose, focusing on fostering relationships, creating value, and helping clients feel confident in their care journey. Yusnelis Lescano is a Client Success Manager at TheKey in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she helps families put the right support in place for older adults living at home.
